I’m raising money for a cause very close to my heart. ❤️
As some of you know, my dear Papa passed away on June 6 at 89 years old.
My Dad lived with heart disease for more than 40 years. He had his first heart attack at just 47, followed by quadruple bypass surgery.
And then he reset his life.
He walked. Every single day.
Over the years I gave him strength programs, and he was quite simply the best client I ever had. He did everything I gave him—never complained, never made excuses. He just got it done.
He was the epitome of resilience, discipline and self-motivation.
He would proudly send me his Fitbit badges. He had his Schwinn Airdyne bike in the garage. And if you lived around Ocean Park, there’s a good chance you spotted him out walking in his “uniform”— yellow jacket & usually wearing the Blue Jays hat I gave him. 💙
I have talked about my Papa proudly for years because he truly lived what I believe so deeply:
Keep moving.
Keep showing up.
Keep choosing your health.
Keep going.
He was incredible.
He was my heart.
So this walk means more to me than simply raising money.
Every step is for the man who showed me what resilience really looks like.
For you, Papa. I walk proud. ❤️

We’re not training to be younger.
We’re training to be stronger.
To carry the groceries. Climb the stairs. Travel. Play. Work. Live independently. Say YES to the things we want to do.
Every weight lifted today is an investment in tomorrow.
And watching these women make that investment in themselves every week?
That makes me incredibly proud. ❤️💪

It’s more than a workout. 🩵

Strength training is non-negotiable. Period.
After more than 15 years of coaching and training hundreds of women—from their 40s to women in their 90s—I can tell you this with complete confidence.
The strongest, healthiest, most independent women all have one thing in common.
They strength train.
Not because they love exercise.
Not because they’re athletes.
Because they understand it’s one of the best investments they can make in their future.
If you’re only walking, you’re missing a critical piece of the puzzle.
You don’t have to do everything. But you do have to lift.
Your future self will thank you.
✨ Stay strong. Stay capable. Stay independent.

Don’t give up.
I’m here if you need help. ❤️

Consistency beats perfection.
The women I see getting the best results aren’t chasing the next program or the perfect plan. They’re simply showing up—week after week—and doing the basics well.
Strength isn’t built in a month.
It’s built one workout at a time.
✨ Keep it simple. Keep showing up. Keep getting stronger.

Some of my favourite people. ❤️
These women are the heart of Feel Good Fitness.
They’re busy. They’re strong. They’re resilient. They show up on the hard days, celebrate the good ones, and remind me every day that it’s never too late to become stronger.
Watching women over 40 discover just how capable they are is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
To every woman who has trusted me with her health and strength—thank you. You inspire me more than you know.
Here’s to showing up, lifting each other up, and proving that our strongest years are still ahead.
💪 Strong women. Strong connections. Strong for life.

Moving Through Life. Together.
After more than a month away, I’m finding my way again.
If you’ve been here waiting, checking in, sending a message, saying a prayer, or simply giving me the space I needed…
Thank you.
I’ll never forget those who came with a lamp when I was in the dark—not to fix me, but to sit with me until I could see again. ❤️
Thank you for waiting.
Forever and ever, Papa.
The best parts of you live on in me. 🌈
Love,
Donna
