I'm back baby. Second place overall in this year's Sun Run! Ok ok.....congrats Justin on a great race. Tim Delcourt and I rode Scooters and followed you the whole way. Wonderful day.

Great start to the Sunday run build! 16 of us out doing a nice run at Mud Bay! Awesome to see.

Coastal has its first National Cross Champion. Congrats to Jaiveer Tiwana for winning the U18 mens title. Your future looks pretty bright.

Big weekend for Coastal. First ever back to back individual winners for Coastal at both BC High School and BC Club Champships. Congrats to last year's Josh Woolgar and this year's Jaiveer Tiwana. Special mention to Jaxon Mackie who was narrowly beaten to win the BC Club Champships three years ago in 2017!! That would have been a 3-peat for our little club. Jaiveer Tiwana is also the first ever Indo-Canadian BC winner.

The dust has settled and we all got home safe n sound from the BC Club Championship's held in Kamloops!!! Congrats to everyone. This little club made a huge mark on this year's competition and it's hard for anyone to say we don't have solid programs. Thanks to all the coaches that helped these wonderful kids get to this point in their competitive lives. David Moore, Brian Cyr, Ionut Aron and Garry Moore....they all love and appreciate you. We continue to attract great young talent and it is because of all of you I still do this crazy gig. I am so proud of all of you. For many of you this is the end of your club season...you get a week break. For some of you...10 or 12....you still continue to Nationals on BC teams or as proud Coastal. I will be back out Wednesday. All are welcome and these 10 or 12 will all need your help over the next few weeks. Those on a break...one week and we start Cross build. Highlights!! Haley Ribeiro 1500m 4:53!! Michael Miller 1:57.33!! 6th Madeline Renner 2:21!! 800m .........Coastal won a total of 20 individual medals and 3 of the possible 6 4x4 medals available!!! That's a total of over 60 percent of our total number of Athletes entered! Congrats.

Coastal Track Club has its 6th Varsity signing of 2019!! Congrats to Baneet Bains for choosing San Francisco University. Coach is so proud.

Our own home grown Coastal boy....wins the 2019 Vancouver Sun Run. Congrats my son Justin Kent.
