5:45am spin class never disappoints... Though it was haaaaard to get out of bed, it was definitely worth it. Sprinting to "Enter Sandman" is a good way to wake yourself up in the morning!

Day 2 into the New Year and two runs checked off the Half Marathon plan!... and I got some extra motivation to get back into the gym and lifting weights today... my daughter squeezing my arms and saying, "Mommy soft! Mommy soft!"- off the the gym I go!

Sadly, I was about to give up on running because of heel pain... but I went and got my feet assessed, bought some new shoes, and now the pain is gone! So happy- half marathon training continues! I had a beautiful sunny run today followed by a Starbucks date with this beautiful gal who was so kind to share her snowman cookie with me- happy Friday!
