We are headed to Dawson! With our tiny trailer, lots of supplies, and a couple volunteers, Chainwhip will be hosting two drop-in time slots. Friday afternoon will be for youth only (from 4-6pm) and Saturday will be open to everyone (11am-3pm)! Our volunteers will be happy to help you fix, tune, or prep your bike for winter.

WHO: Lead by Rosy of Chain Whip, this is a workshop for Women, Trans Femme community members to continue their journey fixing their bike.
WHAT: We will begin by reviewing the anatomy of a bike looking specifically at the brake systems, we will go over how brakes operate, how to do minor changes on a bikes brakes, and how to replace them.
WHERE: At Chain Whip Bike Space! (Located next to the KDCC and Kanoe People)
WHEN: Aug 26th, 5pm-7pm
COST: Free

WHAT: We will begin by reviewing the anatomy of a Drivetrain and its various components, we will discuss how to disassemble, assemble, and will touch on how to diagnose problems.
WHERE: At Chain Whip Bike Space! (Located next to the KDCC and Kanoe People)
WHEN: Aug 28th, 5pm-7pm
COST: Free for volunteers, Pay What You Can
($5- $10) for community members
