Proudly co-owned by Krista and Tommy, a passionate, certified and experienced personal training duo. We provide a judgement free space and personalized coaching tailored to your unique lifestyle and goals.

Located in Windsor, Ontario, we offer in-studio, virtual and at-home services to accommodate to the needs of our community.

At Wholistic Fitness, we believe in addressing every piece of the puzzle, like fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress and more, in order to complete the whole picture. Building a balanced, well rounded lifestyle, so you can enjoy more happy and pain free days!

Our approach goes beyond just getting a great workout in, we want to change the way you feel about fitness by cutting through the noise of misleading advice on social media. We provide honest, evidence-based guidance that actually works and has our clients seeing results. We understand that one size does not fit all and it shouldn’t. That’s why we personalize all our coaching to fit your individual needs, offering you a comprehensive wellness experience. Allow me to reintroduce myself! My name is Tommy, I am a registered health and exercise practitioner, with a certification from the Ontario Fitness Council/National Fitness Leadership Alliance in personal training and group fitness. I also graduated from the Fitness & Health Promotion program at St. Clair College.

I am an instructor at St. Clair College in the Fitness & Health Promotion program where I have the privilege of shaping future personal trainers and health practitioners. I am also the co owner of Wholistic Fitness a personal training service.

Through fitness, I’ve helped clients reduce body fat/lose weight, gain muscle/strength, increase athletic performance and overcome pain and injuries.

I work with a variety of different clients from all ages, genders, shapes and sizes.

My goal is to make fitness accessible to any and everyone! To help people feel strong, confident and successful in their own bodies.

When I’m not coaching clients, teaching college students, or working out, I enjoy writing (poetry and short stories), watching anime (nerd), playing sports, reading and escaping into the wonderful wizarding world of Harry Potter!

Hi everyone, I felt overdue for a reintroduction! My name is Krista, I am a registered health and exercise practitioner, with a certification from Ontario Fitness Council/National Fitness Leadership Alliance in personal training and group fitness. I am a graduate of Fitness and Health Promotion, a graduate of Pre-Service Firefighting Education and Training and I am currently getting my undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics.

I am the co owner of Wholistic Fitness, a personal training service and I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of populations, including clients from the Downtown Mission and Windsor Pride.

Through fitness, I’ve helped clients (and myself!) manage migraines, anxiety, stress, PCOS and reduce the risks of heart disease all while helping people build strength and confidence. I have people lifting weights they never thought they could and I can’t even begin to describe how fulfilling that is!

I’ve helped begin-againers do exactly that…begin again! Because it’s NEVER too late to start (or restart) working out or participating in physical activity.

I believe that fitness should be joyful, empowering and an opportunity to appreciate your body for how it moves. It is more than just how you look on the outside but also a way to heal, feel good, be happy, be confident and take control of your health.

When I’m not coaching clients, studying or working out, I enjoy playing video games, reading, doing crafts and being silly goofy with my sisters 😂

I love sharing exercise tips, workouts, fitness and health advice without the B.S and a bit of inspiration to help you reach your goals, no matter where you’re starting.
