We’re still reminiscing about 2025 🚲🔧🤩
Between bike rodeos, valets, workshops, sales and rides, we couldn’t be more thankful for all the love and support this year. The work we do in the community wouldn’t be possible without our customers and supporters!
We’re looking forward to everything 2026 has in store for the Bike Kitchen 😁✨🚲

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our dear friend and volunteer, Darren Winger.
Darren was the heart of Bike Windsor Essex, our most committed and dedicated volunteer. Our organization simply wouldn’t be where it is today without his countless hours, energy, and passion.
If you’ve attended any of our events, chances are you’ve met Darren, always ready with a smile, representing both Bike Windsor Essex and the Bike Kitchen. His enthusiasm for cycling, community, and helping others inspired everyone around him.
Darren’s passing is not only a tremendous loss for our organization, but an even greater one for the entire Windsor-Essex community. We extend our deepest condolences to his partner, Lori Newton, and to all of Darren’s friends and loved ones who are mourning his loss.
A Celebration of Darren’s Life will be held on Friday, November 14th at 5:00 PM at Sho Studios (628 Monmouth Road, Windsor, Ontario). All of Darren’s friends are welcome to join us in remembering and celebrating the impact Darren made on so many lives.
Ride on, Darren. You’ll always be part of our community 🚲
