Saeb has been putting in the work since joining the gym. Continuous hard training led to strong results. Now he’s getting ready to move to the world stage and see what it’s like at the WAKO Junior World Championships in Italy.

Learn the art of proper hand wrapping from training to competition level.

This course will cover:
✔️ How to properly wrap your hands with cloth wraps for training
✔️ How to wrap hands with tape & gauze for competition
✔️ Techniques used for professional competition hand wraps
✔️ How to pass commission checks in Nevada, California, New York, and other major athletic commissions

All supplies will be provided, and every participant will receive:
🥊 Cloth hand wraps
✂️ Hand wrapping scissors

Whether you’re a fighter, coach, cornerman, or just want to improve your knowledge, this is a great opportunity to learn proper techniques and professional standards.

Shout out to everyone that came to@the community clean up today. I am a firm believer of leading from the from as an example. So today we headed to the bridge on University Ave W where the city recently cleared out an encampment to try and clean it up. In about 2 hours we managed to pick 30 bags of garbage and dozens of needles which I’ll have to call 311 to have them disposed of properly. It doesn’t take much time to care about your community. Hopefully next time we’ll have a few more people join us to make the city a cleaner and safer place.

Great weekend with team at the 2026 Ontario Winter Games. With Kickboxing making huge inroads to be added to the 2032 Sydney Olympics, this gave a taste of what it’s like to attend a World Class event that would lead up to Olympic Selection for Team Canada members.

Jose, Shawn, Saeb & DaShawn all made great impressions on the WAKO Team Canada coaches and I was also happy to work with athletes with other teams.

Events like this show our athletes and coaches where we are strong and weak. So we can continue to improve and rise the level of all athletes and participants at Windsor Thai Boxing.

This even happens every two years, so we hope to bring a larger team in the future for athletes that wish to compete and push themselves to the next level.
