With training in both Yoga and Massage Therapy, she brings an integrative approach rooted in mindful movement, body awareness, and alignment. Her teaching style supports nervous system regulation and encourages a sense of ease, helping people feel more connected and at home in their bodies. We’re very fortunate to have her with us 🧡
Megan will be offering her Mindful Flow class on Thursday evenings as a steady, intentional take on vinyasa-style yoga. Expect breath-led movement, strength, mobility, and moments that both soften and energize. Join her beginning next week on April 9th, all levels are welcome!
