Hit the fitness expo and the energy in that place was unreal. As a GoodLife trainer, I love seeing our people out there, plugged into the local fitness scene and showing up strong.

Highlights:

• Watched some absolute machines tear through the bodyweight challenges and caught the fitness show. Nothing but respect for everyone who stepped up. 💪
• Met some great people, talked shop, and checked out some of the latest tech in the industry. Big thanks to the Base Pro crew for the collagen + greens samples — these are going straight into the recovery stack. 🥤
• Ran into Marcel at the booth — the legend who set me up with my gym membership a few weeks ago. If you’re sleeping on the Costco route, you’re doing it wrong. 🛒

Wrapped it up at Mary’s Mindful BakeHouse and had an awesome chat with Mary about what she’s building for the community. Tried the Keto Hazelnut Cake and wow… game changer.
