Unlock Your Best Swing: Why You Keep Getting Stuck in the Downswing (And How to Fix It Fast!)
Struggling with a downswing that feels stuck and awkward? You’re not alone!
If you’ve been struggling to get your swing on track, this will be a game-changer!
Many golfers get hung up during their downswing, disrupting timing and power. The most common cause of getting stuck comes from spinning your hips from the top of the backswing too fast, resulting in your hands and the club lagging well behind your body!
The resulting ball flight is usually a high push to the right of your target for a right handed player, or a hook to the left because you have to flip your hands through impact to get the hands to catch up to the body!
The KEY to this is a proper weight transfer from the top of the downswing. Pressure needs to move to the lead side, and then the body starts to slowly unwind!
Master these moves and you'll have the tools to transform your ball striking, leading to straighter shots and increased distance.
