MH100 Fitness is a workout regime that originated in 2008 to help at risk youth in the Windsor area stay active and stay out of the streets. Over the last 9 years the program has expanded to include the MH100 Teen Bootcamp, MH100 Women's Bootcamp, MH100 Kicks 4 Kids Charity Program, MH100 Personal Training and MH100 Secondary School Fitness Program. The Teen Bootcamp is a free class that takes pla
ce every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-7pm at Water World for underprivileged youth residing in the west Windsor and Glengary areas. The Women's Bootcamp is an all female class that takes place every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm-8pm for the price of $60 per month (8 classes). The Kicks for Kids Charity is a registered non-profit organization that donates shoes to children and teens in need within the Windsor area. Typically the shoes are rewarded to children who participate in the teen bootcamp as a reward for attending fitness class, completing school work and staying out of trouble. The Personal Training is a one on one session with fitness instructor Mehari Hagos. He currently trains CFL athletes, boxers at the Windsor Amateur Boxing Club, University athletes and more. The Secondary School Fitness Program takes place at any interested high school in the Windsor-Essex Area for a day rate (contact for details) where students conduct fitness workouts and listen to motivational speakers about the importance of staying in shape.
