Yesssss 45 degree hyper🍑

We don’t have a machine one here so I improvised. I’ve had trouble before with this movement because I felt it so much in my hamstrings and not in my glutes but this angle was perfectttt plus you need a lot of focus on pushing your hips against the bar. Back can be rounded because I’m trying to target the glutes & hams, not the back.

I tried this today because I didn’t want to do hip thrusts😂 I’m glad I did.

Little life update:

Doing the same things as always (surprise)😆 not posting as frequently right now we have a table in our living room because we got a new one so that’s where I usually film the workouts. Plus I’ve just been doing my own thing and not really programming anything for social media😊 it’s nice.

Still training clients online through my app and face-to-face over FaceTime/FB. Waiting for the gyms to open.

Three types of insta accounts you should be following to benefit your life:

1️⃣ Health & fitness (of course) but one that interests YOU and that motivates you to be active & healthy whatever that might look like to YOU. If you don’t like going to the gym don’t follow a bodybuilder! Maybe follow someone who loves to go on walks and posts healthy meal ideas. Or if you’ve had a bad experience with dieting, follow an account that promotes healthy eating through food freedom and mindful eating instead of restrictive eating and/or cutting bulking.

2️⃣ Financial intelligence because everyone needs some help in this department. Follow someone who is an actual financial advisor or who promotes financial growth for the average person. Not necessarily stock trading and crypto and blah blah lol just good ol saving tactics for life and to get yourself out of debt.

3️⃣ Someone or a business who you admire that directly relates to your field or hobby of interest. This account isn’t to make you feel bad about yourself so BEWARE of that feeling, this account is to push you just a little past your comfort zones so you continue to pursue something that makes you happy and to challenge yourself!
