Warm-ups with my young students are always so much fun. They’re still learning coordination, balance, and control, but they bring so much enthusiasm and determination to every exercise.
I love watching them try their best, stay focused, and keep improving each class. Their effort and positive attitude make these moments so rewarding.

The countdown is on, and the excitement is building. Make sure you’re training hard, staying focused, and getting ready - because tournament day will be here before you know it.
We can’t wait to see all of our competitors, families, coaches, and supporters come together for an incredible event. This year is shaping up to be a great one!
