This award is given to the athlete who consistently shows fairness, humility, encouragement, and grace – whether winning, or facing disappointment. She supports her teammates, respects her competitors, and represents the sport and our club with class and composure. 🤩👏

Congratulations to our 2025-2026 Coachability Award recipients: Anika, Joanna, and Harper! 🌟

This award recognizes the athlete who is open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to make corrections, not only from her personal coach, but other coaches as well. She listens, applies instruction, asks questions, and trusts the process. This athlete does not take correction personally- she sees it as an opportunity. She responds with effort, accountability, and a positive attitude, even when the work is hard. 💪🎉

Sloane, Grace, and Coach Emily had an incredible opportunity to attend the Ellie Black Training Day at Nova Gymnastics Academy! 🤸‍♀️✨

Such an inspiring experience filled with valuable insights and unforgettable memories. It’s not every day your gymnasts get to learn from a four-time Olympian!! Ellie was absolutely fantastic and taught the girls so much. 🤩
