The construction on our street has moved right in front of our driveway, making it inaccessible. So, unfortunately, we will be canceling classes tonight and tomorrow morning. Have a great night!

Smaller kids class last night meant lots of great one on one time with Coach Brian!

The kids worked on sweeps, which are techniques used to reverse position from the bottom and end up on top. It’s all about timing, control, and using the right movement instead of just strength.
