Be the person who keeps their word especially to yourself ✨

We can talk about wanting to better ourselves or wanting to start at the gym but our progress doesn’t start until we keep that promise to ourselves and ACTUALLY SHOW UP 🙌🏻

One thing I’ve really been prioritizing in my life is sticking to my word and it’s completely changed my mindset. If I can’t do what I say I’m going to do, how do I expect other people to show up for themselves and their health?

Your workout time, your self care time should be NON-NEGOTIABLE!!!!

If you can show up and work for someone else everyday, you can take an HOUR even 45 MINS out of your day to take care of you.

Show up for yourself, prioritize your life and fall in love with the process.. I promise it’s worth it 💛

Part of my journey into fitness and how I got here as a Personal Trainer ☺️✨

I’m still learning every day and I’m far from perfect but I truly am PROUD of my progress.

My biggest advice if you’re just starting out at the gym is to fall in love with process. Having goals is good and important, but at the end of the day you should be in it for the long haul and it’s really a never ending journey.

Fall in love with getting better, feeling better, finding your confidence and treating your body with care 💛

To start off my “Skinny to Strong” series, I wanted to start by sharing my full story with you guys on how I got here, what inspired me to start working out/ focusing on my nutrition and what ultimately lead me to being a Personal Trainer 😊

DON’T OVER THINK YOUR NUTRITION!!🙌🏻

I’ve said this before and I will keep saying it again and again.

You do not need to be a chef to have decent nutrition habits, you don’t need to break the bank and you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen.

I get it, trust me, most my days and go go go. That’s why I like to think of simple quick ways to get my food in throughout the day and here I am sharing them with you 🥰🥪

Any step to bettering your nutrition is a great step. Don’t overwhelm yourself and don’t overthink it 🤍

Let’s be real about tracking our food and counting calories!!!✨

Just wanted to make a little video on the importance of tracking your food for your goals. I’ve been trying to really drill this into my clients brains the last little bit and wanted to share on here as well!!🙌🏻

Nothing is going to be perfect, especially when we first start our journey, but at least start making the baby steps to get you one step closer to your goal everyday.

I even tell my clients, for the first week just be consistent tracking your breakfast, next week breakfast and lunch, the next week all three meals, etc.

Don’t overwhelm yourself, but also don’t not try to help yourself. Find what works for you and do it!!

I personally use My Fitness Pal to track my food as for it it’s the most convenient way to track it and I like that I can just type my food in, pick the item that’s closest to the food I’m eating and go about my day.

CHICKEN LITTLE VLOG 😝🐔❤️

I’m a little late to the Halloween Party but I had to make a little come with me as CHICKEN LITTLE 😆

Honestly I had so much fun wearing this costume!!
I love this movie so much and I feel like I’m human form of Chicken Litlte so it was absolutely perfect ✨

Anyway just wanted to make a fun little video, thank you everyone who participated in the vlog and I hope everyone had the best Halloween!! 🎃
