WEAC is sprinting into Spring with our Spring Prep program! Spring Prep offers GRADE 2-6 athletes a place to practice and develop their running, jumping and throwing skills. Similar to our RJT program, each athlete will experience as many events as possible during our sessions. Safety, skill development and fun are key for our Spring Prep sessions!
Sessions will take place on Sundays: May 3rd, May 10th, May 17th, May 24th, May 31st 2026 | 2:00-4:00pm

It’s LAUNCH time! LAUNCH offers GRADE 7 & 8 athletes a chance to uplevel their event specific skills. Lead by current varsity athletes, each practice will be tailored to a couple of events, based off of the group’s focus. During these sessions our coaches will help work on specific event skill development and encourage growth both on and off the track and field.

Launch sessions take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays - April 21st-May 28th 2026 | Time: 5:30-7:30pm *April 23rd & April 28th will be from 7:00-8:30pm*

Looking for training during March Break?
We have you covered!

March 16-20th
Mon-Thurs: 5:30-7:30pm & Fri 1:30-3:30pm
Ages 7-12 $125
Ages 13-19 $175

Location: Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse, University of Windsor

*Bonus strength training sessions for ages 13-19 Tues&Thus after 7:30pm*
