I’ve been hearing amazing things about Cheri, her Pilates Teacher Training and her pedagogy for years. To be joining a studio where the owner is so highly educated and is PROPERLY certified is extremely important to me.

I am still just a baby in the Pilates industry but now that I have 3 years of teaching experience and 6 years of personal practice, I’m so proud to say I am finally done my Mat and Reformer training. I have been certified with Balanced Body for Mat Pilates for two years now. However now I choose the environments in which I teach. To protect my own peace and to also foster a healthy relationship with teaching. I’m so happy to be starting this new journey and I hope you come and join me!

Hi!! I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve been struggling for the past year. I’m also not afraid to say that it’s not my fault. Even the most highly educated people I know are also struggling to find secure, stable employment in Canada.

Im looking for a professional job in Amherstburg, Windsor or Detroit! I’m looking for something full time with benefits! I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Wayne State University (May 2025) an OPT Work Visa and I am certified from Balanced Body (nationally accredited organization) to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates (May 2024). Pilates is for everyBODY. For young and old, any size, shape, colour, or race!

I have experience as a social media manager, Pilates instructor, dance instructor, professional dancer and choreographer, waitress and bartender, hostess, busser, dishwasher, cleaner, costume shop supervisor, stage manager, backstage hand, you name it, I’ve probably dipped my toe in it.

Lots of student debt so no, not looking for anything minimum wage because then I still can’t pay my bills.

I am a full time entrepreneur so as an independent contractor I make my own schedule!
