First day of September means Ribfest is right around the corner! With professional pitmasters bringing their talents and food to Winkler, this event is one you want want to miss! Sept 11-13 at the Parkland Grounds in Winkler.

Registration is now open for our 2026-2027 Shinny Hockey Program!

Whether your child is new to hockey or just loves getting on the ice with friends, this program provides a fun, recreational, and non-competitive environment for players ages 6-17 to stay active and enjoy the game.

📅 October 17, 2026 - April 3, 2027
⏰ Saturday mornings (50-minute ice time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM)
👦👧 Ages 6-17

We're also looking for on-ice volunteers/coaches.. No formal hockey or coaching experience is required. If you'd like to help make this community program a success, we'd love to hear from you!

New After School Art Club This Fall! - Winkler Arts + Culture We’re changing things up a little for our younger artists this fall! Our After School Art program for ages 5–8 is becoming the After School Art Club, with a new format designed to give kids the chance to explore a wider variety of art throughout the season. Instead of focusing on one medium over...

Join us for one last hurrah to end off Summer in style with ribs, drinks, and live music!

Food trucks will be ready to serve by 11am each day closing by 9pm on Friday and Saturday and closing by 6pm on Sunday.

B**r Gardens presented by Heritage Farms Brewery will be open from 5pm-midnight on Friday and Saturday with a great lineup of local artists!

Come join us at the Parkland Grounds in Winkler the weekend of Sept. 11-13 for some delicious eats, drinks, and great entertainment! The weekend will consist of food trucks, live music, and b**r gardens sponsored by Heritage Farms Brewing!
