Couldn’t write a better ending. We’ve never chosen the easy routes, we’ve tackled everything head first. Finishing 2nd to last in our first year as a club, to getting knocked out at semi’s or having multiple second place finishes and everything in between in year 2. These boys stuck around and faced more adversity than anyone else would have—but they never strayed. After constantly repeating the same sentiment of ‘Do it Together’ they got it done. Doing things the right way, the Unite way. We couldn’t think of a more deserving group to conquer their mountain top. Congratulations to these young men on their fantastic youth basketball careers.

⭐️Congratulations to our very own, Oliver Lotio for being selected to the 2024 Peg City All Stars!⭐️
A 6’7 Centre from River East Collegiate, Oli is our defensive anchor who lead the league with 2.1 blocks per game. A big time finisher and force on the glass, Oli does it all and has proven to be one of the very best at his position! ⚡️

⭐️Congratulations to our very own, Dax Mochnacz for being selected to the 2024 Peg City All Stars!⭐️
A combo guard out of River East Collegiate, Dax’s basketball IQ and passion for the game shine every time he steps on the floor! Our team’s leading scorer as well as in minutes played, he works tirelessly on both sides of the ball, a well deserved nod!⚡️⚡️

2024-2025 UNITE BASKETBALL CLUB TRYOUTS!!

We’re excited for another year of Club basketball and cannot wait to get it underway!

Here at Unite we practice at minimum 2 times a week, compete in the Peg City Showcase Series, MB Club Provincials, as well as travel to tournaments outside of Winnipeg including the Genesis Classic.

Please use the pre-registration link in our bio to sign up. A $20 tryout fee will need to be collected before the first tryout per age.

As we start ramping up for the second half of our club season, we’d like to place a spotlight on the hard work our boys have put in with their high school teams over the winter. We have 3 players chosen as All-Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ that represented KPAC and their schools at the WSD vs. KPAC All-Star game!

We also have who is part of the Garden City Fighting Gophers team who ended their season as the 2023 AAAA Provincial Champions 🏆

Congratulations to all of our boys and their teams on incredible seasons!!

And just like that.. Our first showcase series is complete!

Although we didn't place where we wanted to, still leaving with 3rd is something to be proud of in our first season. This group worked hard all year and as coaches, we couldn't ask for more! Thank you to everyone that came out to support us! ⚡⚡

Started the weekend off right with a win against Crossover. Fought hard but ended up dropping game 2 against Superior then finished the weekend off on a high note with a win over Mayhem!
