At the start of today’s session, I told the crew a quick story.
Your beliefs dictate what you notice.
And what you notice shapes your reality.
If you believe:
➡️”I’m too busy”
➡️”I can’t stay consistent”
➡️”I always fall off”
You’ll start to see proof of that everywhere.
Missed workouts.
Low energy days.
Reasons to stop.
But if you believe:
✅”I can figure this out”
✅”I just need a system”
✅”I’m capable of being consistent”
You start to notice different things.
Opportunities to show up.
Small wins.
Progress.

Different lens.
