It’s hard to put into words what this picture means to me... let me try?

It was an amazing honour and privilege to pour into so many amazing people this week.

So proud of this guy right here! Jamie and Kim asked us to come to their leadership retreat this year...

A little over three years ago I met Jamie and I called him on the phone and he says “I’m thinking about coaching but... dude... does this work for dudes? I mean clearly, you made it work!? How?”

The rest is history as this guy took massive unrelenting action! More than anyone I’ve ever met.

I remember he’d call me and say “Ok done! Helped 20 more people!”

I’d say “What?! You did it?!”

Jamie “Yah! Why doesn’t everyone do all this?”

Me: “Noooooooooo!!!! Most people don’t do most of this! I’m lucky if they even do one thing!!!”

Fast forward a few years, he’s achieved nearly every goal you can achieve as a coach...

And I’ve been there to watch, smile... and just be proud in my heart... watching it all happen. It’s hard to explain....

This week? Total full circle moment!

To be at their retreat, when just two years ago they were at our retreat.... dreaming big! Jamie would say things like “Hey Kim, can’t wait till we have our retreat!”

I don’t take this gift lightly... I’ve always lived by a rule to always do a little more than is expected... a little extra...

I prayed a lot the morning before I was to guide this incredible group through some leadership training...

It was supposed to be 20 minutes... it ended up nearly 3 hours... more on what we did in another post...

But they cried
They let go of fears
They released their burdens
They SMASHED through a challenge!

They are now STRONGER than ever.

To me leadership is a privilege. A chance to affect the lives of not just the people that you speak to, but also to the tens of thousands they will transform!

I want people to leave saying “My life is now TRANSFORMED!!!” not just “I learned a cool tip!”

So far... this approach has always worked... and more importantly... it allows me to pay it forward, and keep striving to change the world!

And now, I have an amazing best friend that is helping us transform the world!

Someone once told me “You’ll never achieve that! 🤣🤣”... that’s all I needed to hear.

All I heard was “You can’t, I CAN! I WILL!”

In life, what you want will never come easy.

But when your focus is just to be the light in a world full of darkness, I find it’s so much easier!

It’s going to rain, but when everyone around you focuses on the rain, choose to focus on shining bright!

You were born to lead, not follow!
You were born to be a light, not darkness!
You were born with a mission!
