Social prescribing enables healthcare providers to refer patients to local, non-clinical community services such older adult programming, exercise groups, transportation services and more, to address social determinants of health like loneliness, isolation, and, in many cases, mental health. It acts as a âlinkâ between medical care and community resources, improving overall wellbeing and reducing pressure on the healthcare system.
We are making social prescribing easier for all in our platform IncluzIT HOME, to help connect older adults and their supporters to the services they need, when they need them most!
IncluzIT HOME is launching this May! Take a sneak peek here: https://incluzia.com/incluzit-home/

July 23, 2025.
Great day of learning at the AI Summit in Winnipeg today hosted by Bioscience Association Manitoba. Seeing how far AI has come and how fast it is evolving is almost unimaginable.
Healthcare in Canada is shifting along with AI to optimize outcomes for people with disabilities and our ageing population.
We are already starting to integrate AI into Incluzia processes and solutions (ethically, responsibly, and with full transparency).
The message continues to be, âDonât get left behind, learn whatever you can about how AI can help you, your organization and the people you serveâ
Thanks to Tech Manitoba, North Forge and other supporters of this important event! Today my brain is full but my potential is unlimited!

đ Pride Month 2025 đ
Safe and Seen. Always.
This Pride Month, we celebrate the vibrant spectrum of 2SLGBTQIA+ identities, honoring the courage, resilience, and love that defines this community.
At Incluzia, we believe everyone deserves to feel Safe and Seenânot just in June, but every single day.
We proudly fly the Progress Pride Flag, recognizing the importance of inclusion, especially for Black, Brown, Trans, and Two-Spirit communities who have long led the way in the fight for justice and visibility.
To all our 2SLGBTQIA+ clients, colleagues, and community:
⨠We see you.
⨠We support you.
⨠We celebrate you.

⨠In recognition of National AccessAbility Week, Iâm sharing a personal reflection on why accessible housing has become the core focus of my work.
Throughout my 25-year career as an Occupational Therapist, Iâve seen first hand how environmental barriers affect the daily lives of people with disabilities and older adults. While accessibility gaps exist across many sectors in Canada, Iâve chosen to concentrate my efforts where I believe I can make the most meaningful impactâin the spaces we call home.
Thereâs still so much work to be done to create a more inclusive Canada.
Where will you focus your energy for change?

Understanding our individual and our organization's digital readiness is a great first step!
So many old and new OT friends came by our Incluzia booth to check out IncluzIT PRO our revolutionary health and home assessment platform. Thanks to CAOT for bringing us all together. I can't wait to see how much OTs have advanced the profession through OT-led innovation when we meet again in Montreal next year!
