WOW what a transformation! has been training with me for just over 6 months now and he has been crushing it! The first picture is taken 3 months into training and the second one is after 6 months of training! His body composition has changed significantly all while maintaining muscle and even getting stronger! Very proud of all the hard work this man has been putting into his health and fitness! In combination with training consistently he also has cleaned up his eating and tracking his calories/macros making it so that he gets the best results possible. We worked together at getting her hip issues out the way and focused on her fitness at full force she is so dedicated and throughout her journey she discovered that she loves strength training so much that she wants to compete in powerlifting and thatβs our next goal on this roadmap! Hey everyone! Back at it with some more client highlights this is .parboji sheβs been training with me for awhile now, she came to me with a knee injury and we have worked hard to strengthen her knee, increase her strength and put on some muscles. With her busy schedule she managed to improve significantly being able to squat again pain free and she has been feeling stronger and more confident then ever! Like all my clients Anita has plenty of goals sheβs still striving to achieve and we are going to do just that and more!! This is ._.44 he started training with me at the beginning of 2022. He initially came to me while recovering from a broken collarbone injury that happened during hockey, we focused on proper recovery and maintaining proper range of motion. He recovered fairly quickly we then proceeded to get bigger, stronger and fast for this hockey season and thatβs exactly what we did Jesse put on a lot of muscle and made significant strength and performance increases and it is showing! πͺπ½ he is now into the start of the hockey season and he is absolutely dominating his position on the ice and I couldnβt be more proud of this guy! Watched him play a pre season game and it was awesome seeing him stand out! Looking forward to seeing what great things heβs gonna achieve! Keep it up man!
