We got you! Join for Heels 101 on Fridays at 6:30pm to learn all the secrets of dancing in heels.

This class is designed for both beginners and those looking to perfect their technique. We’ll cover the essentials, from pirouettes and leg waves to illusion splits, floor work, and more. Plus, we’ll explore how to incorporate these movements into fluid sequences and freestyle, helping you discover your unique style of movement.

Prerequisites: Beginner I (Firefighter spin, Momentum dip, V spin, Basic pole sit).
