Another year has come and gone, 5 years to be exact.

My biggest focus this past year was to have gratitude. To slow down and appreciate life.

Grateful for the journey, the lessons, and the friendship we had. I wouldn’t be where I’m at today without them.

Truly blessed to have such an incredible life and amazing gym community. I appreciate each and every one of you.
