Skip Sean Grassie has decided to take a break from competitive curling for next season. We would like to wish him well and thank him for so many great seasons together as a team and hope to have the opportunity to play together again in the future.

Tyler, Jordan and Daryl are currently exploring all options for next season. Please reach out with any inquiries.

This weekend Team Grassie was playing in the Curl Manitoba Winnipeg Regionals at the East St. Paul Curling Club. After 2 strong games, we were happy to punch our tickets to the 2026 Bunge Men’s Provincial Curling Championships in Selkirk, Manitoba in February!

We’d like to thank everyone at East St Paul for the great ice and hospitality all weekend long. Congratulations to all other qualifying teams across the province this weekend.

Team Grassie had a great weekend as we played in the MCT Curling Cup in Brandon at the Riverview Curling Club. We won a very close final against Team Irwin, finishing with a 5-0 record in winning the event.

Thanks so much to the event organizer Cale Dunbar and to the Riverview Curling Club for hosting the event, the ice was great all weekend long. Thanks as well to their kitchen and bar staff for their amazing hospitality. We look forward to returning next year again!

Well for those not following along online. Our run at the 2025 Manitoba Viterra Men’s championships has come to an end. Although disappointing, finishing 4th among 32 of the best teams in a province as deep as Manitoba is nothing to be ashamed of. Thank you to the host committee and CurlManitoba for a well run event. Also thank you to super spare Bryce McEwen for filling in admirably for the first 4 games and Albert Bazinet for coaching us. Good luck to the remaining 3 teams as they chase the buffalo. 🦬

An exhausting 3 game day but capped it off with another win over team Irwin. Back on in the morning against Team Calvert in the Q1 game.

Won another nail bitter extra end. Qualified and into the top 8!
