Feeling stiff, busy, or ready for a different kind of outdoor movement experience?

Join me this June and July for Yoga Nature Walks — a grounding outdoor wellness experience designed for adults who want to move, stretch, breathe, and reconnect in nature.

We begin with an intentional nature walk, taking in the sights, sounds, smells, and calming energy of the outdoors through mindful awareness and connection with our senses. We then settle into a shady outdoor space for a yoga practice focused on mobility, stretching, balance, breath, and relaxation.

There is something incredibly refreshing about practicing yoga outdoors surrounded by fresh air, trees, and the sounds of nature.

We will be practicing on the ground, so if your knees or wrists need extra support, please bring yoga blocks, folded towels, or small cushions.

This outdoor strength training program is designed to help adults 50+ stay active, strong, mobile, and energized through the summer months. Plus, doing it outside brings a completely different feeling — there’s something exhilarating about building strength in a functional, stabilizing way while surrounded by nature.

No bootcamp atmosphere.
No pressure to “keep up.”
Just supportive guidance, fresh air, movement, and community.

The first summer session begins in June and runs through June and July, with another 6-week session continuing in August. Limited spaces.

Perfect for beginners, those working out all year long. and active adults who want to learn proper form and exercise uses to maintain or build muscle.

Yoga Nature Walk is a beautiful way to begin your Friday morning with fresh air, gentle movement, and time in nature. Designed for adults 50+, this class blends light trail walking with outdoor yoga to support flexibility, balance, breath, mobility, and calm.

We’ll walk to a peaceful outdoor space, then enjoy a supportive yoga practice focused on stretching, posture, light muscle toning, and feeling more open and grounded in your body. This class is gentle, nurturing, and a lovely way to reconnect with yourself and the outdoors.

Worried about losing strength over the summer? Nature Strength is an outdoor strength class for adults 50+ who want to maintain muscle, metabolism, bone strength, and keep moving with confidence and ease through the summer months.

We’ll begin with a short nature walk to warm up, then move into summer climate-friendly strength exercises using resistance bands, bodyweight movements, and some additional equipment. The focus is on controlled functional strength, balance, posture, and mobility.

This class is designed to help you keep up with your summer activities without feeling strained, tired, or at higher risk of an injury.

Feeling stiff, achy, or like your body needs a gentle reset? Strength & Stretch is a small-group class for adults 50+ who want to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and everyday mobility — without feeling pushed too hard.

Held indoors in a beautiful air-conditioned yoga studio, this class uses light weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and chairs for support when needed. No floor work is required, and exercises are adapted so you can move safely and confidently.

Feeling stiff, low on energy, or ready to get your body moving again in a way that feels supportive — not intimidating?

Join me this June for Outdoor Circuit Training at St. Vital Park, a fresh-air fitness class designed for adults 50+ who want to build strength, improve balance, support metabolism, and feel better in everyday life.

This class combines a brisk warm-up walk with low-impact circuit exercises that help improve:

Strength
Balance
Cardio fitness
Mobility
Energy
Metabolism
Confidence with movement

As we age, maintaining muscle is one of the best ways to support metabolism, weight management, joint health, posture, and independence. This class helps you do that in a positive outdoor setting with guidance, encouragement, and modifications when needed.

This is not a bootcamp. It’s a supportive, approachable class for people who want to feel stronger, less stiff, more energized, and more capable in their body. Continue on your own in July and August with handout of exercises we’ve done to do over summer safely.
