Ingredients vs. what I made with them! 😋 Which recipe are you trying first? 🩷

🍒Cherry Berry Smoothie 🍒
Couple handfuls of spinach
Banana
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup cherries
1 scoop vanilla protein ( KAYLAMFIT)
Milk of choice (I used about a cup)
Blend & enjoy 😋
🍓 Strawberry Chia Jam 🍓
2 cups frozen strawberries
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup chia
Heat strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat until soft and liquified. Add maple syrup and chia. Store in the fridge for a few hours until it develops a jam-like consistency.
🍫 Strawberry Almond Chocolate Cups 🍫
Strawberry chia jam
Almond butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Start by making strawberry chia jam first. ☺️
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Add some chocolate to a silicone muffin mold. Layer a spoonful of the strawberry chia Jane and almond butter. Top with more chocolate. Option to add flaky salt on top. Store in the freezer for best consistency and remove a few minutes before serving.
