Tricked my mind today. Told myself today is a light row. I did 2650 in the first 10 took a 60 second rest then went to get Best times for my second 10 minutes in the 500, 2000 and second set on 10 minutes!! im gonna win that bet!!

To get this partnership with is like going full circle. Track and Field gave me an escape from the tough times growing up as a first generation Canadian. To once again be a part of the sport I love so much is fantastic! All the staff here at Athlitis are excited to help deliver a fantastic program to high school level athletes in MB looking to stay engaged during this pandemic!
