Meaning of the Purple Belt

"Purple represents the colours of dawn; a new beginning . The Purple Belt is issued to all the students within the Little Tigers Clan. Studemts are issued only one belt. Rather then a colour belting system, students receive colored stars on their uniform indicating their skill level.
