Team One Family Fitness is competing in Winnipeg at the 2026 Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships, and we’ve got three lifters repping the family this year.
Gail-Ann Breese (F-M3, -69kg) steps up first on Friday, September 18, lifting at 12:30, for her second Commonwealth Championship. Gail-Ann has been an inspiration to everyone at our gym, proof that strength doesn’t have a start date or an age limit. Go get it.
Amanda Hollerin (F-M1, -63kg) hits the platform Tuesday, September 22, lifting at 11:00, coming in fresh off a gold medal finish at the North American Championships. Amanda trains with us virtually all the way from BC, proof that distance means nothing with the right system. She’s bringing that momentum straight to Winnipeg.
And closing it out for our team, Coach Dino Camire (M-M1, -105kg) lifts Thursday, September 24, at 15:30, for his second Commonwealth Championship. Just seven weeks removed from a shattered foot, with only two weeks of real training back under him, Dino stepping on this platform at all is a statement on its own.
Three athletes, one family, all heart. Wishing our whole crew nothing but big numbers and a great meet. Let’s bring some hardware home to One Family Fitness.
