-To provide athletes with the opportunity for advanced levels of skill development and competition in sport.
-To organize, administer and coordinate appropriate opportunities in sport for selected age groups in the community.
-To obtain and manage the necessary finances, personnel and equipment to operate the organizations Junior Bison programs. Mission

The mission of all Junior Bison Club Programs is:
To be the instructional and high performance organization of choice for players and coaches who seek and promote personal and team development skills, while raising the level of awareness and competitive play in junior high, high school, club and league environments. Objectives

The objectives of all Junior Bison Club Programs are:
-To introduce and provide much needed sport programs for young athletes aged 8-18
-To create an opportunity for continued participation in sport and the development of advanced sport skills and knowledge
-To produce University and International calibre athletes through the High Performance Junior Bison programs
-To create and develop relationships with players and parents in the community and expose them to the life of a “Bison Athlete”
-To generate additional revenue for the University varsity programs to sustain functionality and scholarship opportunities for varsity athletes
