Hello everyone,

The wading pool at the community centre will be open from Noon to 5 PM on Mondays to Wednesdays.

Please take advantage of an opportunity to stay cool this summer!

This week at the community centre drop in:

It is Science week!

Please bring clothes that can be dirtied, stained or can get wet and an extra set of clothes to change into. There will be some experiments conducted at the community centre!

This will be on Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be the City Drop In program. We encourage you to please partake in that as well!

Also, please send your child with sunscreen in case of outdoor activities.

Here is a revised calendar for the drop in programs at the community centre. It properly reflects the city programming for the Tuesdays/Wednesdays that originally marked closed. Sorry for any confusion!

The STCC drop in will run from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM while the City drop in will run from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Here is the calendar for the activities at the community centre drop in!

Make note of the pre-requisites mentioned on the left side.

When dropping off your child, there will be a waiver to be filled out as well as a check in and check out sheet. The waiver only has to be filled out once and will be kept at the site.

Just a reminder that the Tuesdays and Wednesdays that we aren’t running will be the times for the City of Winnipeg drop-in. So please support that as well!

Summer Events at STCC!

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to let you know about some of the things occurring at STCC this Summer!

Our summer drop-in is back! We will be having activities for each of the days this summer from July 2nd to August 28 from 9:30AM to 4:30PM. Age group is going to be from ages 6-10. It will run on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays up until August 14th. After that, it will run Monday to Friday.

The City will also be running Free Play programming at the community centre for the summer as well. This will also be aimed for kids as well. They will be run from July 6th to August 14th from 9:30AM to 3:30PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We hope that you will take advantage of the fun activities at the community centre!
