These members of the rugby community have excelled at their craft in 2025, and have displayed tremendous camaraderie, commitment, and dedication to the game in Manitoba. The General Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of Rugby Manitoba, and working closely with the Board of Directors to implement programming including but not limited to the Provincial Performance Program and Senior Club rugby, and to guide the organization in bringing the strategic plan to life. SJ Speers, a member of the coaching staff for the Canada Summer Games U18 Girls Sevens Team was joined by Team Captain Tylie Fraser on CTV Morning LIVE today to share her journey as part of the Coaching Association of Canada’s 2025 Women in Coaching Canada Games Apprenticeship Program.
