CONGRATULATIONS! Rugby Manitoba 2025 Award Recipients Announced. It is with immense pleasure and pride that Rugby Manitoba announces the 2025 Season Award recipients. These members of the rugby community have excelled at their craft in 2025, and have displayed tremendous camaraderie, commitment, and dedication to the game in Manitoba. A heartfelt congratulations to all the recipients from Rugby Manitoba, all of the member clubs and extended rugby community, and the Rugby Manitoba Board of Directors.

Come join our team! Rugby Manitoba is looking for a passionate and experienced sport administrator to join our team in the role of General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of Rugby Manitoba, and working closely with the Board of Directors to implement programming including but not limited to the Provincial Performance Program and Senior Club rugby, and to guide the organization in bringing the strategic plan to life. SJ Speers, a member of the coaching staff for the Canada Summer Games U18 Girls Sevens Team was joined by Team Captain Tylie Fraser on CTV Morning LIVE today to share her journey as part of the Coaching Association of Canada’s 2025 Women in Coaching Canada Games Apprenticeship Program.

SJ and Tylie expressed their gratitude to the program and all the support received behind the scenes as they gear up tot travel to St. John’s to represent Team Toba in the “Big Show” as the team calls it. The 2025 St. John’s Jeux du Canada Games run from August 8-25, 2025 in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
