Wow… I never thought I’d say this after my amazing trip, but there is truly no place like home. My boys were sooo happy to see me, and I woke up to this snowy morning, and I haven’t felt this cozy in a long time. Can’t wait to see my local friends soon! ❤️❤️

And it still isn’t! We all have super powers but we often forget them. When we forget who we really are, we default to adaptations we learned in our childhood: over pleasing, hyper vigilance, carrying someone else’s baggage when it’s not ours to carry, denial, or fantasizing that someone is good for us, when they really aren’t. In honor of , wear your super power cape, and be the woman you were born to be, not what you learned to be. ❤️

This is so true. Ego will tell you that YOU did something wrong, or it will make you obsessed with your “beloved’s” sudden departure, or make you feel ashamed for enduring years of abuse or neglect, or it will make you long for a relationship that never existed… you know how it goes. But if you take a break from ego’s voice, you will hear the quieter one from within that says, “I’ve got you. Something better is coming.”
