The effort, hustle, team work, and commitment to being 1% better everyday shone through everyone’s performance on Saturday.

Whether you showed up to take on the fitness test, or just wanted to keep the commitment to yourself of training that day, every single person who walked through that door was ready to work and to cheer on that person beside them.

F45’s newest standardized athletic performance test is back!!! PEAK500🔥

F45 PEAK500 is a 30 minute hybrid performance event designed to challenge capacity, output and mental toughness 💪

The goal of the workout is to collect as many points as possible with 500 points as the peak across all 5 stations.

Sign up for PEAK 500 will be done through MINDBODY as per usual, however, you will need to sign up for a wave time in studio. Waves will be released every 6 minutes.

More info to come! So for now, study the movements and send this to a friend who you want to dominate PEAK500 with💪🔥
