Aagna (originally spelled ajna) means “Third eye” which is the eye of intellect or intuition. Of the seven chakras in the body, the brow chakra (ajna) chakra is located between the eyes on the forehead. The Purpose of Aagna Yoga is to create awareness among every individual about the richness of Yoga and how Yoga can make life simpler and easier. Although the practice of Yoga started 3000 years back, it contains a wealth of information on the Science behind human body and mind. In the last few decades, research works are being conducted worldwide to test and prove the health benefits associated with Yoga. Through Aagna Yoga, I would like to communicate with the people about the Yoga texts dating back to 3000 years before as well as the current research works on various aspects of Yoga.
