10 women (one who was 8 months pregnant) between the ages of 21 and 65 showed up to do a workout together this morning that was entirely based on barbell squat strength and movement quality.
This was not a women’s only class. This was a very technical and very mentally and physically demanding strength session.
In a society where teenage girls still say they don’t want to be strong because they are worried about being bulky, I’m incredibly proud to be surrounded by these women.
