Saturday July 5th... Beer Mile!!!

LETS GO!!!
If you want to be involved, but don't want to do the "Beer Mile", that's OK!!! Come on out and cheer your peers on while they tackle the infamous task of drinking 4 beers, and running 4 laps around the block!!!
Burgers and dogs will be supplied, feel free to bring a dish of your own to share!!!

The Beer Mile is equal parts gastric challenge and athletic endeavor, requiring competitors to drink a 355ml beer (5% minimum ABV) before every quarter mile of the race, totaling four beers over the one-mile course.

**New Program Alert**
I am having so much fun in our ‘Learn to Lift’ classes and I want to keep the momentum going! I created this program to help gym goers continue their success in the gym and get to share their progress with others! Starting November 21st ‘Level 2 Lifting’ classes will continue to be held Tuesdays at 6:15 pm and a second class will be held Thursdays at 7:15pm if there is enough interest for twice a week classes :)
This program is perfect for those who completed the ‘Learn to Lift’ program and women who have experience in the gym and want to join a community with the same mindset! If you are brand new to the gym you are also more than welcome to join and I will insure you are lifting safely and learning technique through the class! Please message me with any questions, registration opens Monday!

I am so excited to launch my very first program ! Ever since becoming a trainer it’s been my passion to motivate and encourage women to be the best versions of themselves! I want to create an environment where you want to be at the gym not one where you feel like you have to be! These one hour sessions are going to be held on Tuesdays at 6:15pm or Thursdays at 7:15pm depending on availability of participants! Please send me a DM if you are interested.
