New Years Sale - We are looking for more gymnasts for our Friday Night Recreational Classes - 6:15-7:00 at Tantallon Senior Elementary. Sign up before January 5th and get $20 off (Fridays only). Anyone who has already registered for Fridays will receive a $20 credit to use towards our spring term.

What a great morning with Special Olympics Nova Scotia. Thank you to families from Illusions Rhythmic Gymnastics Club and Rhythmic Inspirations Rhythmic Gymnastics Club for coming out to help with the competition! A few pictures from awards!

Today we cheered on some pretty amazing athletes! Special Olympics Summer Games are happening this weekend at Acadia University, with the Rhythmic Gymnastics competition wrapping up this morning. Congratulations to all athletes! You are all incredible ✨

Our afternoon was filled with the Sparkle Cup!! Thank you Illusions Rhythmic Gymnastics Club for hosting our younger athletes in levels 1,2 and 3. We had gymnasts from Illusions and Rhythmic Inspirations Rhythmic Gymnastics Club competing today.

Today NSRGA had a Provincial Camp to identify gymnasts who may qualify for competition outside of Atlantic Canada next season. Gymnasts from Illusions Rhythmic Gymnastics Club and Rhythmic Inspirations Rhythmic Gymnastics Club worked hard on skills. Can’t wait to see what the next year will bring!

NSRGA would like to thank Illusions Rhythmic Gymnastics Club for hosting our 2024 provincial championships!! What a great 2 days. We hope all of our athletes, coaches, judges, volunteers, friends and families had an amazing time. Thank you to athletes from Rhythmic Inspirations Rhythmic Gymnastics Club and Illusions for all their hard work this year! Thank you to all the wonderful athletes from Special Olympics Nova Scotia for coming to show off some new and old routines!!

Day 2 of Koop Cup and many more individual routines! Today our provincial group also preformed their routines!! Can’t wait to see some videos.

Good luck to our individual athletes Sofija, Chloe Mia, Maya, Sofia, AJ, Makenna, Erica, Kate, and Emily who will be competing at Koop Cup this weekend representing Illusions Rhythmic Gymnastics Club and Rhythmic Inspirations Rhythmic Gymnastics Club in their different levels! We hope you all have an amazing weekend.

NSRGA would like to wish our provincial team group good luck this weekend at Koop Cup! We are so happy and excited for how well these gymnasts and coaches from Illusions Rhythmic Gymnastics Club and Rhythmic Inspirations Rhythmic Gymnastics Club have worked together for this group!!

This group became Atlantic Champions just a few days ago!!
