Our new website is finally live! We rebuilt it to better showcase our second location in Windsor, to get updated photos on there and for better viewing on phones. It had been a while since the last update lol.

Unfortunately due to the weather once again we will be closed this Monday evening. Any kickboxers who would like to make up the class you are more than welcome to come in for boxing Tuesday at 6:00.

Unfortunately we are not yet plowed out from the snow storm and will have to cancel classes for this evening. We will be back tomorrow for No-Gi at 6:00. Sorry for the delay.
