Experiencing a back pain during pregnancy ? Try Pelvic tilt or Cat-Cow pose...Get on your hands and knees, arms shoulder-width apart and knees hip -width apart. Tuck your buttocks under and round your back as you breathe in. As you breath out, arch your back. Repeat the movements for several breaths.
