- RECIPE -
What you'll need:
2 cups spinach
2 cups water
1 cup mango
1 cup pineapple
2 bananas (frozen if you prefer)
Easy to make:
Tightly pack 2 cups of spinach in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
Add water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
Add mango, pineapple, and bananas and blend again until smooth.
Pour and drink up!

3 INGREDIENT BANANA OAT SMOOTHIE 😍
Perfect for that post-workout refuel, or an on-the-go morning breakfast!
✨ What you need ✨
½ cup rolled oats
1 banana
1 cup milk of choice
✨ Directions✨
Step 1 - Add rolled oats to a blender and blend until the oats are the size of a fine crumb.
Step 2 - Add the banana and milk and blend well.
Step 3 - Pour in a glass and enjoy!
