🍎 Apples, apples and more apples!
It's harvest time in the apple orchard. Our Wild Homeschool families had the chance to pick and create with apples this week. We toured the orchard, learned about polyculture, identified different apple varieties and tried our hand at apple stamping.

Forest Babies 👶, Les Hiboux 🦉and Saplings 🌳 are BACK!
Unfortunately we've had to put our Seedlings 🌱 program on hold for the time being. We'll hope to be able to offer it again in the future.
We've added two new programs to our fall offerings. Wild Homeschool 📚 is a program designed for home educators to experience Forest and Nature School programming with their families.
Forest Free Play 🌲 is just that! We want to provide families with an opportunity to connect and play in some of our favourite wild spaces.

Our BLOom crew souped-up their race cars for their final project this week. 🏎️🏎️🏎️
After sawing the dowels to fit the tires, they used buttons as lug nuts, and spent the afternoon customizing their creations.
Next week finishes our spring session, and our builders will be heading into summer overflowing with new skills. 💪

🦉 Les Hiboux have been stirring up their imaginations with our obstacle course collection.🏃♂️
Through play, teamwork, and a lot of effort, they’ve been working together to explore all the ways we can use our collection. 🛞🪵🌳
We’ve also been exploring the creek, it’s eco-system, and are rather obsessed with tadpoles and fresh water mussels! Did you know mussels can live for a hundred years?✨
