Hey!

Plié & Play is a beginner-friendly, barre-style class — think small, controlled movements, light weights, core work, and good music. It’s low-impact but still super effective for building strength, toning up, and just feeling better in your body.

It’s designed with moms in mind, so you can bring your baby/kids and let them hang out and play beside you — but you can absolutely come without kids too. A lot of women do! It’s a really welcoming, no-pressure space for *any* stage of life.

It’s honestly just as much about the community as it is the workout. You get out of the house, move your body, and meet other women — a lot of people come not knowing anyone and leave with new friends.

Here are the details:
đź“… Starts May 7
🕕 Thursdays 5:45–6:45pm
📍 Blank Space, Woodstock

Pricing options:
✨ 4-Class Starter Pass – $68 (perfect if you want to try it out)
✨ 8-Class Full Session – $130 (best for building consistency + progress)
🧦 Bonus: 8-class pass includes a pair of grip socks

If you’ve been wanting something simple, supportive, and actually doable to get back into a routine — this is it.

Let me know if you have any questions or want me to save you a spot 🤍

You don’t need to be “fit” to come to barre.
You don’t need rhythm.
You don’t need experience.
You just need to show up. 🤍
Plié & Play isn’t your typical workout class…
✨ It’s beginner-friendly
✨ It’s low impact but still burns (in the best way)
✨ It’s a space where you can bring your kids — or come solo and take a breath
✨ It’s about feeling strong, not judged
And honestly?
Most moms I talk to feel the same way before their first class:
“I’m out of shape…”
“I don’t know what I’m doing…”
“What if I can’t keep up?”
That’s EXACTLY why this class exists.
We move at your pace.
We take breaks.
We laugh.
We build strength in a way that actually fits your life.
🔥 You’ll leave feeling stronger
🔥 More energized
🔥 And proud that you showed up for YOU
Spots are limited (so everyone has space + support)

Hi, I’m Krissy 💛

I’m a mom of two girls (6 & 3), a fitness coach, and someone who learned the hard way that “doing more” isn’t always better.

For a long time, I thought I was being healthy…
working out, staying active, trying to “eat clean.”

But behind the scenes?
I was under-eating, running on empty, breastfeeding, mom-ing nonstop—and completely draining my body.

It actually led to health issues that landed me in the hospital.

That was my turning point.

I had to relearn how to fuel my body properly.
How to train in a way that *supports* my life—not burns me out.
How to stop chasing perfection and start building something sustainable.

Because let’s be real…

Mom life is busy.
It’s messy.
It’s snacks, interrupted workouts, cold coffee, and putting yourself last more often than you’d like.

And that’s exactly why I do what I do now 👇

I help moms:
✔️ Build strength without long, overwhelming workouts
✔️ Eat in a way that actually fuels their body (no extremes)
✔️ Stay consistent with habits that fit into real life
✔️ Feel supported, not judged

Whether you’re showing up to a class, joining a challenge, or just following along here—you’re part of a community of moms trying to take care of themselves too.

Because you deserve to feel strong.
You deserve energy.
And you deserve time for YOU—without guilt.

And you don’t have to do it alone 🤍

---

If you’ve been feeling stuck, exhausted, or like you’ve “fallen off”… this is your sign to start small.

I’ve got programs, classes, and support to help you get there—realistically.

Plie & Play: Barre

barre isn’t about big movements —
it’s about control, stability, and working muscles in a completely different way.

It’s one of the BEST ways to:
âś” rebuild strength
âś” support your core
âś” ease back into movement after babies

That’s why Plié & Play exists 🤍
A supportive, beginner-friendly space where you can move, breathe, and feel strong again (with your kids right there beside you)

You don’t need intense.
You need effective.

Have you ever stepped on the scale, only to feel disappointed because the numbers haven't changed or they've gone up?

I can relate. I recently realized that I WEIGH MORE NOW (photo on the right) than I did when I was 3 MONTHS POSTPARTUM (photo on the left). 🤯

But here's the catch: it's not a setback, it's a testament to the power of muscle over the tyranny of numbers on a scale.

You see, for the longest time, I bought into the idea that weight loss equated to progress. However, I've come to learn that relying solely on the scale to gauge fitness or health can be misleading.

MUSCLE, as it turns out, WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT.

So, as I've been dedicating myself to exercise and strength training, my body composition has been changing, favoring lean muscle mass over fat. And that's why the numbers on the scale have shifted, but not in the way I initially expected.

It's crucial to break free from the scale's hold over our perception of progress.

Instead, let's focus on:
- how our bodies feel
- the strength we gain
- the endurance we build
- the energy that fills us

These non-scale victories often go unnoticed but contribute significantly to our overall well-being.

Tracking progress solely by weight disregards the many positive changes happening within us. We must celebrate the increase in strength, flexibility, and overall fitness levels that come with building muscle. It's not just about the number staring back at us from the scale; it's about the transformation happening within.

Remember, progress is multi-dimensional. It's not just about the numbers; it's about how you feel, the positive changes you experience, and the healthier habits you adopt along the way. Let's celebrate muscle gain, endurance, and overall well-being as true markers of success, rather than being confined by the digits on a scale.

Let's get strong! đź’Ş

Heathy Fitness Strong Moms Ditch the Scale

My client LOST weight by eating MORE, here's how..

My client came to me frustrated and feeling like she was dieting and doing all the right things but not seeing the results she wanted.

I asked her what she was currently eating and she said she was cutting back on “bad” foods, cutting calories, adding in salads and then trying to get in some kind of movement during the week. It became very clear what she was missing..)

A PLAN.

She was completely winging it!

Can you relate?

So many women want to reach their fitness goals, but they really have no idea what they need to do to get from point A (where they are now) to point B (where they want to be).

So they end up Googling workouts, cutting calories and just eating salad every day, which leaves them tired, cranky and nowhere near reaching their goals.

The key to success is having a plan that fits YOUR LIFESTYLE so that every day you can show up and you know exactly what to do.

This allows you to skip the guessing game, show up consistently, and it makes your life so much easier.

If you really relate to my client and realize that you need a plan, but have no idea where to start, don't worry I got you girl!

Send me a DM now with the words "I need a plan!" and let's set you up for success. It's your turn to be a success story!
