HAPPY FRYDAY! Our Poutine is made with Gluten Free Gravy and Quebec Cheese Curds. If for whatever reason (I can’t imagine why) you prefer Mozzarella on your Poutine, we can do that. Just ask. And yes it’s real Mozzarella. However you enjoy your Poutine, we hope you have a great weekend.
