Just an incredible workout to get your endurance up, (without running, yes you can do it without running!) build your muscle (yes. We use lots of weights, and the heavy ones!). AND have an incredible time with a group of like-minded women who are there for their mental health, then here is your chance!

Please message me if you will be stopping in for class, and yes, you need to message me personally because we all know I'm a terrible business person but an awesome trainer. 😉

Omg guys! I just picked up my new running shoes at Sullys Shoes and Skis in Fredericton. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The service was unbeatable and the knowledge of the people was unmatched.

If you are having any type of issues when walking, running or even just standing at work I highly recommend seeing them. No perks on my end, just a really amazing place with people who want to help and care.
