Super excited to make this announcement! 2025 is year number nine for the “12 Workouts in 1 day” fundraiser for DASO and this year we are doing something a little different!

This year we are running the event twice and the first one will be this summer at CASS Track and Football Field! Not only are we doing two events but we are also inviting other gyms and trainers from our community to join us with their clients! As always these workouts are open to anyone else who wants to join! All we ask is that you bring a donation for DASO.

Share this with your favourite gym and trainers! We will also be reaching out to local businesses to see if they want to join us or support! It will be a fun day full of good workouts and great people coming together for an even better cause. Stay tuned for more details!
