As the Vets Jr. C season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to thank our amazing fans ⚓️
Friday night hockey in Woodstock became something extra special this season. You packed the barn, made it loud, and turned Southwood into one of the toughest places to play. What we’ve built here in Woodstock isn’t just hockey… it’s a tradition, and it wouldn’t be what it is without our fans and community.
We truly have the best fans in the league, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support you brought all season long. The 2025–2026 season was one to remember for this team.
A big thank you to all of our sponsors, especially our team sponsor for being a huge part of this season and this community.
Congratulations to the Tavistock Braves. Thanks for an electric Doherty Division Final and battle to finish off the last season in the PJHL. We wish you the best of luck as you continue your push toward the Schmalz.
Anchortown, thank you for everything. See you back at the barn in 2026-2027 for a new chapter. ⚓️💙

“PACK THE PLEX” FOR GAME 7 ⚓️🔥
The Regular Season Champion Navy Vets are back at Southwood Arena Wednesday night, hosting the #2 Tavistock Braves with the Doherty Division Championship on the line.
We need our Let’s beat that 1641 attendance mark and make Southwood the loudest barn in the league.
This series has been everything you want playoff hockey to be.
Braves took the first two. Vets answered with two of their own.
Tavistock grabbed Game 5. The Vets punched back in Game 6.
Now it comes down to one final night.
There’s history here too. The last time the Vets played a Division Championship Game 7 at Southwood was March 16, 1999… a late third period winner to take the title.
Moments like that live forever.
This will be the 22nd Game 7 in Vets history. 13 wins. One more chance to add to it.
Winner moves on to face Dundas in the South Conference Championship for the road to the Schmalz.
No second chances. Just one more division game in front of our home crowd.
Let’s pack it. Let’s bring it.

Tyler Bouck was outstanding leading the Navy Vets to a 3-0 win in Tavistock on Friday night, evening the Doherty Division Championship Finals at 2-2.
It was a complete effort from the Vets, with Charley Barnes opening the scoring in the second off a great feed from Kyle Arthur. Dailen Fousek followed it up just minutes later on the powerplay, finishing a one-time setup from Owen Ireton to make it 2-0 heading into the third.
From there, Bouck took over holding the crease down. Ireton sealed it with an empty net goal late, adding to his strong stretch with 3 goals and an assist over the last two games. Bouck also picked up an assist on the powerplay marker.
Now it’s a best-of-three for the championship.
Game 5 goes Sunday night at Southwood Arena at 6:45pm, with Game 6 back in Tavistock on Tuesday.
